Dave Mercer, the hilarious and sometimes crazy host of Facts of Fishing and the video hit Facts of Fishing FYI has been named the new emcee for the B.A.S.S. Elite Series. I think this is a great move as he knows fishing and has some experience with big events like the Toyota Texas Bass Classic and others in Canada. I liked the previous host Keith Allen, and of course the man, Fish Fishburne, but Dave will fit in great. I'm looking forward to seeing his antics on stage in the next season.
