I have been using the Abu Garcia Veritas rods for a few years now and still believe they are one of the best values around. I have four of them, ranging from the 6'6" Medium I use for skipping baits under docks to the 7'6" Winch I use for cranking; they are all solid and priced right.

Justin Lucas recently shared this pic on his Facebook page and I can't wait to see how they improved these. I have heard they changed the reel seat some, which should make it even better. They should be available sometime this Spring.
