The Eastern Washington University bass fishing team finished in Sixth Place today on Lake Shasta, CA. Daniel from FHCOutdoors was one of the team members and I'm looking forward to hearing his report. Overall, there were 39 teams fishing today. "The top five teams from each tournament will qualify for the regional championship where the first-place team wins $12,500 cash for their school and $12,500 cash and a Ranger 177TR bass boat with a 90 horsepower Evinrude or Mercury outboard wrapped in school colors for their fishing club."
Looks like, Sixth Place is first "out of the money". Sorry guys, but this was a great showing for the first ever tournament for EWU. Congrats Daniel and Nick!
