The Battaman Lure

Manuba Kurita, the new record tying bass fisherman from Japan always has some pretty cool stuff on his blog.  I am intrigued with the creativity and uniqueness of all of the tackle they use in Japan.  Check out this jitterbug type bait he was given as a gift after his record catch.  He calls it the Battaman.  As Manuba says "It seems to be able to catch the big bass well."  I wonder how this thing would work here in Florida.
