Byron Velvick went wire-to-wire and won the Golden State Shootout on Clear Lake. He barely missed hitting the century mark and weighed in 98lbs 6oz. Byron has really turned it around the last few years. When the Elites started a few years ago it seemed like he was always near the bottom. He was really busy with television analysis work and all of the attention from The Bachelor, but it seems like he is totally focused on fishing now. Good job Byron.
Also good to see was 19 year old Bradley Roy and his 8th Place Finish. Good job Bradley!
