How To Tie a Snell Knot

I have used a Palomar knot for everything for years now, but I'm going to try something new.  I have heard from several successful "flippers" and pros about the use of the snell knot when flipping.  They swear that the knot is better and produces better hooksets.  I'll be fishing Lake Okeechobee this weekend, and will no doubt be flipping at some point, so I'll give it a try.  This video is a pretty good visual on how to do it.
